How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?
Please contact us within the allotted processing time to inquire about any changes that may need to be made.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
How long is your processing time?
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing, not including weekends.

All sales are final, however we will try to accommodate exchanges and honor any mistakes made on our behalf.
What is your shipping policy?
Please allow 3-5 business days for items to be processed and shipped. The estimates shown on the website are provided by USPS, once the item is received at the post office.
